The hotel in Bielefeld is the place to stay. the staff at the reception desk are efficient. - the room is warm and tidy with a bar fridge. - Convenient location close to Bielefeld Old Town Hall.

Recently refurbished and fairly clean place with professional staff in the reception desk. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. A shopping area, magnificent location near the restaurants and cafes, and the taxi. Besides, excellent for visiting Nicolai Church.

Great location in Bielefeld, nice breakfast buffet (but quite expensive)

My bank card did not work in their card device, although it worked 2 hours before and 2 hours after. The receptionist reacted in a very unfriendly way, refusing to admit that it could be due to their device.

The staff were very accomodating-we knew no German. The rooms are clean, the layout and location-excellent.

Ok, we are a working class family on a tight budget. We could not afford the breakfasts at euro 15 per person. The tiny bar was tucked out the way, and no real atmosphere-just a facility.

Recently renovated venue with helpful staff at the reception, ideal location close to Theater Bielefeld, and very comfortable accommodations.

We stayed in a large room with amenities like a tea kettle and a mini-fridge, and the food at the restaurant was delicious with a wide selection of dishes.

There were some dust on the floor. Door lock handling was a little bit difficult. The label"Do not disturb/make up a room" could not hang to the out side of the door, because the door knob was simple shape.

The place is in a great location near the theater, offering spacious and quiet rooms with a window, a nice bathroom, and even a selection of tea.

Preferred a big bed instead of just the two.Curtains not that thick.....would have loved a sound proof room,otherwise in general.....fair.

The staff was very friendly. There is a special floor for smokers, but other floors are not affected by the smell. Although the hotel is on the main street, there is no disturbing sounds while the window is closed even if the room is with the view to the street.The room is well equipped also for persons with special needs.

The location is amazing, just a kilometer away from a historic castle and conveniently situated next to a tram stop, shops, and restaurants.

The location was ideal and nice, and we could reach Old Market Bielefeld by walking. The room was tidy in general, with bar fridge.
